What is Golfaux

GOLFAUX is for the 'TIME POOR' golfer, we have outlined a golf training schedule, to help you with your slice, a fitness program that will have you enjoying your golf more, mental toughness and golfNLP, that will pull you back from self destructing, eft4golf program that will not get anywhere else but here. All on the One Page, just for you the Time Poor golfer. The base that we use is Sportsmind Coaching and a panel of other experienced and qualified professional (golf pro, nutrition, strength and conditioning coach, sports hypnosis, sports nlp).

Golfaux is for THE TIME POOR golf beginners, who score 95-120 per round. The score that you add up at the end of the game is not a true indicator of your golfing potential, because there are too many tasks, to do and the feedback (scorecard) is not very informative. Using OUR GOLFAUX SCORE SHEET, you will at a glance know where in your game the weak link is. This is easier said than done, we are all unique in the way we process information. For some of us our bad shots are the result of the butterflies in our stomach flying in different directions, or we get too analytical about stance, swing and the never ending internal chatter you have with yourself.
