How to Set your Golf Goals

We say you are a unique individual, who already has a goal setting strategy and are finding it difficult making it work for you.  All you need is a little help from us in making the strategy work for you. We work with you on setting up your realistic golf goals based on the time you have for practice and what areas of your game needs help.  Some coaches say look at the bigger picture, others say do the small steps that get you there.

Motivating yourself after a wayward shot:
Wayward shots are wayward shots. The internal chatter and emotion that we attach to the wayward shot is what gets us into a mess. Learn how to turn this around and use the internal chatter and emotion to get you on track after the wayward shots. The more you use this technique, you will notice your recovery period getting shorter and shorter and that you are able to let things go and have more control of the internal chatter.

How to use relaxation & visualization:
The way you use Relaxation and Visualization, will differ from the way your golf buddy does. You make pictures up of what it is to relax, he on the other hand, talks his way through the relaxation. What we will do is make up your relaxation and visualization exercise, according to the way that you process information.

How to set up your golf training program:
Your golf training program has to match your golf goals. Your golf training programs are the small steps, which you do in order for you to reach your golf goals.

Your strength and conditioning program:
Your Strength and Conditioning Program will have 2 parts. Strengthen the specific muscle that will help your golf swing and the conditioning part will help you last the golf round without feeling tired.
